How do I change my user information?

You can change your details by logging into your account. On this page you can change your first and last name, date of birth, password, which email address is linked to the account, and your mobile number. You can also update your delivery address for future orders. Any orders made previously to the address change will be delivered to the previous address.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the 'forgotten password?' button, which is directly under the login button. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with a link. Follow the link to create a new password.

How do I delete my user account?

If you want to delete your user account, please contact our customer service department. When you contact us, we ask you for the email address linked to your Timarco user account. It is important that this e-mail address is correct so we can proceed with the removal of your user account. Bear in mind that we can only delete your user account if:

• There are no unpaid orders.
• You do not have any outstanding refunds.
• You do not have any balance left on your credit card voucher.
• None of your orders are in the process of being delivered.

If your user account does not meet these requirements, we cannot delete your user account immediately. We have to wait until you have dealt with the outstanding amounts. For amounts that have not yet been refunded and deliveries that are underway, we ask you to be patient and we will delete your account as soon as possible. If you have ordered less than 100 days ago, your account will be deleted as soon as your right of return is expired.
